Wild Atlantic Nori is also known as Laver, and in Wales it is a beloved staple used to make laverbread cakes for breakfast.  The cousin of Japanese sushi nori, and with a similar flavor, our Wild Atlantic Nori is sustainably harvested from the pristine Gulf of Maine waters.  No pantry should be without this versatile sea green, which can be added to breads and salads or enjoyed straight out of the bag.
