Baked Kale tossed with Shiitake Sprinkles

Ingredients
Medium-size bunch of kale, leaves stripped from stalks
2 T Olive Oil

2 T Ocean’s Balance Shiitake Seaweed Sprinkles, plus more for garnish
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Toss kale leaves with olive oil and Shiitake Sprinkles. Arrange on a baking sheet.
Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Top with more Shiitake Sprinkles if desired.
Serve immediately.
