Ocean’s Balance offers Maine seaweed farmers kelp seed grown in our state-of-the art nursery. We are the recipients of a NOAA grant and work closely with Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution to research and implement kelp cultivation and farming techniques that have resulted in more resilient seed and higher yielding crops for seaweed farmers.
