Refund policy
Return Procedures
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Ocean's Balance will only accept returns on items that are identified on the Product information page as eligible for return or as provided below. All returned items must be unused (e.g., not damaged by you, altered, opened, or partially or completely consumed) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at oceansbalance@gmail.com. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. Once Ocean's Balance confirms that your item was returned in accordance with the Terms of Use set forth herein, we will issue a refund to your credit card in the amount charged; provided that the refunded amount will not include the applicable Delivery Fee, which is nonrefundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those items as we see fit in our sole discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer or accept any Product exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged Products
If the Product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), Ocean's Balance will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures above. Once Ocean's Balance confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as frozen food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
As noted above, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
