Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Dulse Flakes

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs Brussels Sprouts, trimmed and cut in half vertically
- 2 T Olive Oil
- 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 T Ocean’s Balance Dulse Flakes, plus more for garnish
- Kosher Salt for garnish
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Toss Brussel Sprout halves in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add Ocean’s Balance Dulse Flakes and toss again.
- Arrange Brussel Sprouts cut-side down on a baking tray. Cook for 20-25 minutes, until cut side is brown.
- Remove from oven. Transfer cooked Brussels Sprouts to warmed serving dish. Garnish with Dulse Flakes and a dash of kosher salt.
- Serve immediately.
