Our favorite recipe ever! These are great for breakfast, snack or dessert. Full of flavor and packed with nutrition. The addition of the Sea Lettuce makes them all the more amazing.

Ingredients
1/2 cup pistachios
1 cup medjool dates (pitted)
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup Ocean's Balance Organic Whole Leaf Sea Lettuce, chopped very fine.
Directions
Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. It will have a crumbly texture.
Scoop out a spoonful, squeeze tightly and roll into a ball.
Arrange on a platter and dust with matcha powder.
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
