This easy one-pan egg and tomato dish is perfect for brunch.

Ingredients

1 24oz. jar Ocean's Balance Arrabbiata Sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
8 eggs
Salt, Pepper
Chopped cilantro or basil for garnish
Slices of toasted grilled baguette
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large oven-proof skillet, pour in the jar of sauce. Stir in cumin until well mixed.
Using the back of a spoon, make 8 indentations in the sauce. Gently crack the eggs into the indentatations. Season eggs with salt & pepper.
Transfer skillet to oven and bake 7-10 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro or basil. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
