Kombu: Great for soups or marinades. Kombu is one of the more mild and less salty seaweed options. Great source of Iodine, Calcium & Fiber.
Dulse: The "Bacon of the Sea" prized for its smoky, meaty flavor. Excellent with fruit in place of salt or over sliced cantaloupe in place of prosciutto. Great source of iodine, iron, potassium, vitamins B6 and B12, and protein.
Wakame: Best used in seaweed salad and soups. Great source of Fiber, Iodine, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, Vitamins A & B6.
Irish Sea Moss: Known as the "Collagen of the Sea" and an excellent egg alternative for baking. It is also a fabulous thickener. Great source of iodine, iron, fiber, magnesium, calcium & potassium.
Wild Atlantic Nori: Not to be confused with processed nori sheets, our Wild Atlantic Nori is a great addition to any bowls, salads, or added to breadcrumbs for saltiness. Great source of iodine, folate (Vitamin B9), fiber, iron, Vitamin C, protein & magnesium.
Sea Lettuce: Excellent as the main seaweed in seaweed salad. Great source of iodine, calcium, iron, magnesium & fiber.
