Ingredients

1 24oz jar Ocean's Balance Pasta Sauce (Mariner or Arrabbiata depending on your flavor preference)
4lbs mussels, rinsed under cold water, beards removed
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Chopped basil for garnish
Directions
Pour the sauce into a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed soup pot. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Gently add mussels to sauce, taking care not to break the shells. Cover and let cook, shaking the pot after 2 minutes.
After 3 more minutes remove the lid and continue cooking until all the mussels have opened.
Transfer to large serving dish. Squeeze lemon juice over mussels and garnish with chopped basil.
Serve with linguine or toasted baguette slices (something to soak up that delicious mussel-infused sauce!).

Pairs well with: chilled white wine such as Pinot Grigio
