1 Polenta log
Nutrional Yeast

Ocean's Balance Organic Sea Lettuce Flakes
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the polenta log into 1/4'' slices. Arrange on lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned on the bottom.
Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack.
Top each slice with a generous amount of nutritional yeast followed by a healthy pinch of sea lettuce flakes.
Recipe Note
This is a great vegan party food. It pairs well with champagne, wine or beer.
